This is what Rhoda Agerbak had to say…

We feel truly blessed, but realise this is only the beginning and so we had eight teens stay with us over halfterm break...Yes, it is an effort to cook for fourteen for two days, but they had a fantastic time, shared quiet times, encouraged one another, and built lasting memories. They also inspired our younger two with what life as a Christian teen is like. It is great for adult unity also as I get to see parents from all around the church and catch up with friends I haven't seen in a long time! Tim Dannatt for example came in for a cup of tea when dropping off his daughter Alice at our house. Having teens who are willing to ask if I've talked to other parents about how to help their younger siblings with X or Y, or ask whether I've shared my faith with so and so and tell me when I've reacted in an ungodly way helps me to stay humble and just reminds me of the goal to get to Heaven and take others with me (including my children).
Our two eldest have also enjoyed keeping up their friendship with Maria and Joanna Kendall since their move to Liverpool, and there have been visits in both directions. The two Kendall girls recently came down to stay with us over half term, and it was great to see them having encouraging spiritual conversations together.
We are looking forward to the 'gang' growing and all becoming Christians!”
