As disciples we are conscious that we need to have all areas of our lives in order.
1:38 That is why in the church we have an administrative board as the church finances also need to be organized and be dealt with transparently.
1:53 This year we’ve already been able to balance our 2010 budget
We are also able to appreciate all the things that were accomplished last year and at the same time we working on our budget for this year
One thing that this helps us to see is where we need to go on from here in order for our church to get to be financially self supportive
2:13 For our church to work better we have divided the church into three main groups.
Family Ministry is divided into (marriages, single moms and dads and Teens)
Singles
and Naomis which is the group of our older single women
2:33 The Family Ministry is subdivided marrieds, kids and family and Youth and family
The idea is that we get into the habit of meeting on Saturdays and getting into the habit of having individual family devotionals
Naomis meet weekly, they visit each other when they are sick and they also work with the poor
The Singles – we will do a special work with part of them and the rest will focus on planting a new ministry

We are very grateful for the worship ministry, it has grown so much and they encourage us at each one of our meetings
Something special it that it is made up of disciples in nearly all the ministries in the church there are teens, marrieds, singles. It is really special to have them in the church.

Maria Elena Giraldo has established a very tight friendship with them and is meeting with them daily to do sports, talk about God and make new friends

Cerro Cachito is a community of people with physical challenges that is located in the outskirts of Lima.
Thanks to the sisters in the Naomi group who organized the event in December of last year where we were able to travel with the entire church to spend the day with them singing, playing games, giving gifts but most importantly sharing with them about the true meaning of Christmas.
