Good morning all,
Tornadoes have again stuck the Oklahoma City area killing at least 9 and injuring 100. I have been in contact with Church leadership and HOPE directors in Oklahoma City and St Louis. All disciples are accounted for and uninjured in both cities.
I understand from Jeff Mannel that some disciples in the Gateway City Church in St Louis do have damage to their homes as well as some minor damage to disciples' homes in Oklahoma City.

As morning has come, the damage is being assessed in areas hit by this latest line of tornadoes. I will keep you informed of any needs in these two cities.
On another tragic note, the Houston Fire Department lost five firefighters in a hotel fire last night. The Houston Chapter of HOPE worldwide and the Houston Fire Department have a great partnership for our "Protecting our Neighbors" program.
In the next week, HOPE volunteers/ICOC members will be working in Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas, St Louis as the need arises, and in Illinois helping with flood recovery.
