A rock band composed of disciples has released a new Christian Rock CD entitled, "Barely Breathing". The band name is CORE, which stands for "Christ Offers Redemption for Everyone". You can sample their music, purchase a CD, or simply find out more information by clicking here.
The band originated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and features a combination of sounds but primarily has a rock flavor.
Most of the band members are spiritual brothers in the South Florida Church of Christ while the lead vocalist, Anthony Petty, is a member in the North River Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Allen Autry is the guitarist, Felix Flemons is the rhythm guitarist, Rodney Brown plays bass guitar, and Mike Bruyere is the drummer.
CORE recently partnered with Tate Music Group in order to publish its new CD, entitled "Barely Breathing". One of the hit songs from the new album is "Crossing Jordan", which has been played on the local Christian radio station.
