Brandon McKellop is a 25-year-old disciple in our church in Montego Bay, Jamaica. In May 2016, Brandon accidentally fell from the second floor of a four story building while at work. Brandon's skull was cracked, and he was bleeding from his ears. The doctors feared the worst – that Brandon would not pull through, and if he did survive, he would most likely be a vegetable.
Now nine months later, we are excited to share with you how God has shown his mercy and love, to Brandon, his family and the church in Montego Bay, by not only sparing his life, but also by answering our consistent prayers and petitions, and working powerfully and miraculously.
While receiving treatment, young Brandon had to be lifted down the mountainside where he lives to go to hospital appointments, because his injuries had left him unable to walk. He was fed via a feeding tube, and uses a tube to help him breathe. Now, Brandon no longer has to use a feeding tube, and will soon do another surgery to remove the breathing tube!>
But God didn’t stop there – as was truly amazing to see our brother Brandon walking into church last Sunday morning to worship God with us! You can imagine the celebrations, as we welcomed Brandon into the fellowship with loud cheers, and tears of joy, praising God for his life, as we witnessed his miraculous improvement!
Please pray continually with us for our dear brother, as he still has a long road to full recovery, and rejoice with us as we marvel at the privilege of experiencing God’s modern day miracle, standing right in our midst! Praise be to God Almighty!
