The Pearson Bible Talk has been one of the most consistent married family groups in the Southeast Region of the Denver Church.
This group has been led by the Andre & Anita Pearson since January 2008.
They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals at home, every meal a celebration, exuberand and joyful, as they praised God. People in general liked what they saw. Every day their number grew as God added those who were being saved.

In 3.5 years they have converted or restored 8 people: 2 couples, 3 women married to non-Christians & 1 single. They have also added several move-ins to their group. Bursting at the seams, the Bible talk split this March. An equally impressive new group is now being led powerfully by Frank & Regina Henderson, former leaders of an American Zone in a sister church in Germany.
The Pearson’s serve as co-directors of the Denver Chapter of HOPE worldwide. Nearly every Saturday for the last year, they have overseen a 
Saturday Academy for underprivileged children. They host the Saturday Academy at the elementary school at which Andre serves as the Principal. As if that is not enough, Andre and Anita foster a 6-year old boy that they are praying to adopt. Despite their busy lifestyle, they remain committed to building family in their bible talk by hosting not only bible talks, but many fun times as well.
Besides, growing their group, they’re also focused on helping individual Christians grow—they are intentional about preparing married couples lead their own group…because they assume their group will continue to grow. How can you not want to follow a couple with such great faith…and a life that demonstrates this faith?
Finally, they have also made an effort to build family in a variety of ways: Taking the group to the mountains for the weekend; babysitting co-ops, serving on HOPE projects & engaging in the community on level that calls all of us higher.
May God continue to be glorified not only by this powerful small group, but by many others who likewise are striving to change the world one conversation, one act of service, one conversion at a time. What a blessing the Pearsons have been to us personally and to our church family.
